Lots of questions

Why you got started, what makes you proud, what horrifies you about the competition, I want to know everything before opening the slightest design software.

Never the same site

No template dressed up in a hurry. I start from scratch on every project, even if it takes longer, because your world is like no one else's.

We collaborate, for real

You know what you do and why you do it, better than anyone. My job is to listen, advise, and turn all of that into a site. Basically, we help each other out.

A few more questions ?

How long does it take to get a great website?

As you'd expect, since every project is fully personalized and unique, it takes a certain amount of time. It also depends on the project and its size. As a general rule, you should count on about a month for a standard site. More if it's an online store or an e-learning platform.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

Yes, it's possible. I try to accommodate as many budgets as I can. I fully understand that going through a professional to build your website is a significant investment. If you'd like to pay in installments, we can discuss it together during our first call and find an arrangement.

Why work with a freelancer instead of an agency?

Honestly, I'd say there are two main advantages to working with a freelancer. The first is clearly the price. As a freelancer, I have far fewer overhead costs than an agency, and that shows in the final price. The second is that you always talk to me directly, I'm the only person following your project.

How does the first contact work?

We start with a call, no commitment. You tell me about your business, what you'd like your site to convey, and I ask you the questions needed to properly understand the project. By the end of that call, you already know what to expect in terms of timeline and budget.

Do you also handle the copy and photos?

It depends on what you already have. If you have text or photos, we rework them together so they fit the site. If you're starting from scratch, we can discuss it, I can guide you on the structure of the copy, though the writing itself is still yours, it sounds more genuine that way.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the result?

The project moves forward in stages, with checkpoints along the way. You see the site take shape step by step, and you can request adjustments as we go. You never reach the end with a site you're seeing for the first time.

Will I be independent by the end?

Yes, that's the goal! I always design my sites so they're easy to take over afterward. The idea is that, depending on your needs, you can easily edit the content, or add blog posts, products, and so on. Either way, you'll get a short training session on how to manage the site.
